Chester County Library System uses Vega Promote to connect with their community
 

Including one of the oldest libraries in Pennsylvania, the Chester County Library System (CCLS) serves their community with a very wide range of items to borrow and events to attend, including STEM workshops, music camp, language classes, 3D printing workshops and more.

To ensure their community stays informed of the latest at the library, CCLS adopted Vega Promote.

“With Vega Promote, it’s easy for our staff to inform our community about offerings, and to target our emails to those who would benefit most from what we’re sending,” says Theresa Retzner, CCLS Senior Operations Systems Administrator.

The Mid-Hudson Library System in New York is the first library consortium to launch LX Starter for consortia during our beta testing, providing all member patrons with modern, engaging email notices.

LX Starter offers libraries a modern design experience for email notices that includes a selection of templates to appeal to different audiences. Included in subscriptions for all Sierra and Polaris libraries, LX Starter provides a full-service email notification tool that is integrated with the ILS, without the need to purchase additional third-party services.
