COSLA’s mission is to nurture state library administrative agencies, and lead with a collective voice for the nation’s libraries. The COSLA Fall Conference exclusive event held for leadership of the state agencies as an opportunity for Chief Officers of state and territorial agencies to network and build essential relationships while participating in sessions that help advance the library community and their state agencies.
