This pre-conference session led by an experienced Senior Library Training Consultant will present how to examine your current workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and suggest changes to increase efficiency. The focus of this pre-conference session will be on technical services workflow optimization in the areas of acquisitions and cataloging
