This year, product submissions were sent to more than 80,000 librarians for scoring.
The Innovative products achieving platinum recognition are:

Netting an overall score of 9.0 on a 1-10 scale, judges gave scores above 9 for quality, customer service, company reputation and comparison to similar products.
- Innovative Resource Sharing – Innovative Resource Sharing is a convenient and cost-effective solution for libraries that gives patrons access to more materials and a better borrowing experience. Earning an overall score of 8.82, Innovative Resource Sharing earned high marks above 9 for quality and comparison to competitors’ similar products.
- Mobile Worklists – Innovative was the first to market with a native mobile app for library staff, and it continues to far exceed expectations. For five consecutive years, Mobile Worklists has earned platinum status, this year with an overall score of 9.64. Judges awarded perfect 10 scores for quality and comparison to similar products.
- MyLibrary! – MyLibrary! is an iOS and Android mobile app that makes it easy for patrons to engage with library resources anywhere, anytime. Earning an 8.8 overall score, judges gave high marks for quality and functionality.
