Patron convenience
They can make online catalog requests for materials directly from a bibliographic record. INN-Reach Catalog is a combined database of the holdings from all the local servers that contribute to the INN-Reach Central Server. The Catalog comprises master bibliographic records and detailed holdings from the sites that own copies of those records.
Open participation
Non-Innovative customers can participate in an INN-Reach system using the Resource Sharing Broker (RSB) software or the Direct to INN-Reach (D2IR) Application Protocol Interface (API).
