Avon Lake Public Library first opened its doors in 1931, laying the foundation for nearly a century of community service and learning. Today, the library offers a wide range of services, including public access computers, reader’s advisory services, wireless internet, notary services, and homebound delivery for patrons who cannot visit in person. Engaging programs such as book clubs, genealogy workshops, gardening instruction, storytimes, crafting and cooking classes serve the community.
The launch of Vega Discover enhances how patrons explore and interact with the library’s collections and services.
