When Rochester Hills Public Library wants to ensure a message is clearly communicated to all users, they take a three-pronged approach: publishing the same message on their website, online catalog, and as part of their patron email notices.RHPL has implemented Vega Discover and LX Starter with their Polaris ILS to begin building a more integrated ecosystem for their staff, and a consistent user experience for community members.
