Innovative, part of Clarivate, today announced the launch of the Library Experience (LX) Starter suite for early access partners. After the early access phase is complete, this ultramodern solution for patron notices will be offered to all current Polaris and Sierra customers in late Q3.
Current approaches to circulation notices tend to rely on third-party vendors, costing libraries both time and money. The LX Starter email communication suite provides library staff with an intuitive, web-based interface that empowers them to design and send automated circulation notices. The tool includes a visual email editor with the ability to add custom branding, free stock photos, and cover images for items in the collection. Libraries can schedule the notices for certain hours then check the engagement metrics to view the number of emails delivered, opened, and clicked on.

As part of Innovative’s continued commitment to improving functionality and increasing value for our customers, LX Starter will be made available for all Sierra and Polaris customers and will be delivered as part of the ILS version upgrade in Q3.
