Since going live with Polaris and Vega Discover in early 2024, Central Coast Libraries, sixth-largest public library system in Australia, has streamlined operations, enhanced patron engagement, and hosts a large collection of local history, including photographs, images, and sound recordings, as well as resources for local family histories.
With ten branches, including two self-service locations, Central Coast Libraries are known for offering much more than books. Their robust event management includes family-friendly events, a Mobile Library that increases access in schools and parks, multicultural resources, tech help, local history archives, and services that reach homebound residents.

Polaris enhances staff flexibility with the Leap web client, enabling secure, browser-based access to the ILS from desktops, laptops, and tablets.
